There are of course multiple trains which must be selected and ridden to the end for a balance of success in life.

Riding the train of entrepreneurial self-discipline, savings, and investing, leads to material wealth.

Riding the train of healthy diet and exercise, leads to physical well being.

Riding the train of committed personal relationships can lead to a stable family life.

Riding the train of commitment to God, pursuit of truth, and steadfast faith, leads to eternal life.

However, many people are firmly committed to the wrong things, and they stay on trains headed in the wrong direction.

Balancing this broad understanding with an awareness that life is also about the journey, and not only about the destination, requires wisdom and discernment that few possess.

I think it may have started with a few trains but now there are so many trains on so many levels. There are some tracks that the stops are many and epic ! remember to say thanks to the conductor

Great analogy. This, is a good way to view taking control of your own health. Stay on the train, life gets a lot better. I reckon I would still be wondering around the first stop with crutches if I hadn't stayed on the train.
