excellent and I wish Mr T would take heed of the way he is acting, he will not have a friend left in this world, and friends are needed when the chips are down as there are many back stabbers in this life willing to bring you down to earth

Jay, here is a great video featuring Navy Seal Dom Raso and Chris Stefanick. I highly recommend it as it ties in perfectly with your message. Hopefully, you can access it.

I'm watching 5 Ways to Manage Fear w/ Dom Raso on Formed

Thanks J ! Hope you are in tip top health now !!!!! Are we discussing winning or greatness or success? I think perhaps winning ?

And sometimes, ie if at War...you must Win !

I would also want to define, what is success? And what brings happiness? AND what is greatness?

Countries, humans, businesses are so multi faceted and demential.

I do not want to take away from your insights ! I think you are 100% correct in how to WIN.

However at this moment in time...if somewhat emotional from the daily conflict and the psychological abuse from the US president, I just want to add from my position...I do NOT want to be great or wealthy like the America or Singapore or.......

I do not want to be living in a country of ever flowing opportunities to make MONEY and extravagance. I like a simpler life HERE, with our volume of people and our vastness of land and our values. I may be mixing up opinions here? But somehow the GREATNESS sparked my need to say..I like being "less than them".....I like it ALOT.

I am Canadian, but I prefer the European influences, of a balanced of Life...more vacation/ family time... to the extravagance or wealth of ie USA.

Each individual of course has their essence of success ....this is just me .........

And again you are not wrong. I also enjoy your writings and drive and insights !

“FULL BENEFIT.” That hit different. Turning adversity into a training ground instead of a tombstone—that’s the mindset shift we all need. Thanks for the reminder that Goliath is the gift.

This sure hits home hard right now

Being a fitness fanatic my whole life when I got the news last August I had cancer to say it was devastating would be an extreme understatement.

The physical recovery after surgery was easy , the mental is a whole other Ball Game !!!

I feel I have conquered the Mental aspect now , training to repeat my ride from Calgary to Vancouver this summer from 10 years ago

The only mountain to Climb is yourself !!

Great thoughts again Jay

"The average person doesn’t have the stomach for three failed attempts. That is why most people are not entrepreneurs."

To be fair, everyone is not cut out to run their own business, even if their very first business was a hit. Also, who would staff them if everyone did start their own business? :-)
